Robert Luong acts as Chief Data Officer at Hydro-Quebec with the mission to democratize data and AI for every employee in a safe and ethical manner.
In his role, he is responsible for the deployment of a Data Strategy to propel the strategic plan of Hydro-Quebec to accelerate the energy transition toward a low-carbon economy, stimulate the local economy and build a sustainable future. Robert is also responsible for Data & AI governance, Platform team and multiple delivery teams to maximize the business value creation through data.
